Refund Policy of Membership Fee

Kindly note, the Karnataka Tourism Society shall be collecting a Registration Deposit fee only from those domestic tourism stakeholders who visit our website; viz., www.karnatakatravelexpo.org and who wish to register as BUYERS to participate in the KITE 2025. As such, there is no policy to refund the deposit fee once paid by a Tourism Stakeholder. This is fundamentally because the Karnataka Tourism Society will be accepting only a limited number of registrations for the KITE event so as to maintain an optimum number of BUYERS to participate in the event.
